WHOLESALE POLICIES AND INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is a $150 minimum on ALL orders. This minimum includes items from all of our represented brands. Some product minimums (quantities) are built into the listings, please read carefully. If your minimum has not been met you will not be able to check out of our online wholesale portal.

PRICING

Prices in the wholesale portal reflect a 40-50% savings of suggested retail value (MSRP) for all items/brands. Due to the collaborative nature and/or material costs for some of our items we cannot offer the full 50% rate. Although we do not regulate in store pricing we encourage our stockists to maintain similar retail prices, as reflected in the MSRPs listed, for consistency and customer satisfaction.

PAYMENT

Current/approved retailers are welcome to purchase online orders with debit or credit card at any time. If you are a returning customer in good standing (continued purchases for minimum a year and have paid invoices on time) you may request to be invoiced up to Net 30 HERE. We only accept bank accounts and business checks on invoices. If approved, invoices are sent via Quickbooks upon shipping/delivery of order. Any late payments on open invoices will be considered bad business and those retailers will loose Net privileges on future orders.

SHIPPING + TURNAROUND

Please note that although most of our items are kept well stocked some items are made to order. Allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks lead time for us to process your order and a minimum three to five weeks for delivery during busy seasons (Sept-December).  Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged accordingly via invoice once an order is shipped. Shipping fees are Net 15 and are expected to be paid in a timely fashion once you have received your order. Our standard is USPS Priority Mail ($8-20) or UPS Ground ($14-30) depending on size/weight for most standard orders.  If you are local in the Boise-Caldwell area and have a prior arrangement with us you can choose “LOCAL PICK UP” for no charge. RETURNS

All wholesale sales are final. That said, we want to provide the best service/product possible so please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package with any concerns or questions. If a box arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim for damages. Little Studio Collective is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Any refused packages will be charged shipping, handling and any additional charges incurred via invoice and will be expected to pay immediately.

Custom retail displays

Our standard/customizable retails displays are meant as an add-on to your wholesale or custom orders and must meet, and can be included in, the minimum order $ noted above. They are NOT for resale and are limited two (2) per design, per customer. If ordering more than 4 displays total please contact us in advance. Taxes on retail displays are included in the price.

COPyrights & Brand REPRESENTATION

All photographs and graphics used on littlestudiocollective.com, on Facebook and Instagram, are the sole property of Little Studio Collective, its represented brands and the photographers who took them. Please DO NOT copy and paste photos from Little Studio Collective or its represented brands for use on websites, signage, social media, et cetera without prior written approval from Little Studio Collective, lost little things, The Dapper Jackalope, The Lost & Found, and/or the photographer. In addition all designs/products made and sold through Little Studio Collective are the sole ownership of the brands we represent. The reproduction or use of any of these designs/products is not permitted under copyright law.

Retailers are prohibited from reselling Little Studio Collective products on third party platforms (Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.). If selling our products on your stores personal website we ask that you credit our brands respectfully.

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. For example, box sets of cards may not be broken up and sold individually, nor should you rebrand any of our items with your own packaging.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Products are to be purchased for resale only! Little Studio Collective does not charge or pay sales tax on wholesale orders. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the retailer.
